If you are not satisfied with your selection from your on-line purchase you may exchange the goods as long as they were purchased through Proof Eyewear ( /, is within 14 days of receipt, and is still in the condition it was received.

  • Product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
  • Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.

*Please note:  You could be subject to paying any price difference if the product you are exchanging has a higher cost of £10 or more. In such cases, an electronic invoice link will be sent over to the email provided in the exchange form and the exchange will not be processed until payment for said invoice is submitted.

How to exchange your Proof product:

Print out and complete the exchange form and send it in with your Proof product. We encourage you to send your Proof product by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex or UPS), as Proof Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. For non-delivery or further information, email us at
